1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

Product is damaged, defective, or leaked

Wrong product delivered

Product significantly differs from description
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and nature of products, we do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products (bio-enzymes, plant boosters, washes)

Composting kits once used

Items purchased during clearance/sale

5. Return Pickup

We arrange pickup for damaged/wrong products

In rare cases, customer may need to ship (cost reimbursed)
6. Cancellation Policy
