Refund policy

We want you to love your Kshoni products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or leaked

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product significantly differs from description

 


 

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and nature of products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products (bio-enzymes, plant boosters, washes)

  • Composting kits once used

  • Items purchased during clearance/sale

 


 

3. Return Process

  • Email us at: kshoninaturals@gmail.com within 7 days

  • Share:

    • Order ID

    • Photos/video of issue (mandatory for damage claims)

 


 

4. Refund Options

Once approved:

  • Replacement (preferred) OR

  • Full refund to original payment method

Refund timeline:

  • Processed within 5–7 working days after approval

5. Return Pickup

  • We arrange pickup for damaged/wrong products

  • In rare cases, customer may need to ship (cost reimbursed)

 


 

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

 


 

7. Return Rejection Conditions

Returns may be rejected if:

  • Product is used

  • No proof of damage provided

  • Request raised after 7 days
